Mealtime in our house is always an adventure. Skylar is learning to eat with a spoon and drink from a cup. As you can see below, the spoon is often held in one hand while her other hand is used to feed herself. This is a picture of her with refried beans all over herself. Check out the video below to see her new bubble trick. I can't get her to actually drink her milk anymore!!

Father's Day Pics
I hope all you manly men had a happy Father's Day. Fathers are so special. My dad is the best dad in the whole world. I know some of you might think you have the best dad, but that is only because you don't know mine :) My dad has always been there for me. He is a family man who made his children his number one priority. He taught us patience, kindness, and the meaning of true love. He gave me guidance, strength, and faith. No matter what I did, I always knew that he would still love me. Best of all, he showed me how a man should treat a woman by always loving and taking care of my mom. He still helps me so much, fixing things around my house and remaining always present in my life. He even went with us to Vietnam to bring home his first grandson. Thanks for everything Dad!
Here's my Daddy with my little guy
This is my cousin's wife Katy. She makes the best cupcakes! She just started selling them. Check out the link to her blog by clicking the cupcake picture on the left.
Here's my mom and my little princess. Did I mention I also have the best mom ever!!!
Here's Paul and Jordan. He's teaching him how to kick his feet. Jordan loves the pool.
Daddy and his little girl. They sat together on this swing for almost 30 minutes. That's not an easy thing to do with a toddler, but she was having so much fun. Maybe because he had food :)
This is my mom's dad. My grandpa is amazing. He still teaches snowboarding!

This is my little (but not so little anymore) brother and my princess. Billy has become an awesome adult who is following the Lord into the mission field. He has unconditional faith. I am so proud of him. Did you notice the kid's father's day shirts? They say, "Can someone help my daddy? He always says he's broke."

Pismo Car Show
Today we went to the car show in Pismo. Paul and his dad always went on Father's Day when he was growing up so it's kind of a tradition. His parents and sisters were camping there and we spent some time playing at the campground first. The kids had fun until Skylar fell and hurt her knee. Then, as we were getting her a band-aid, Jordan fell flat on his face on the gravel and dirt. His mouth was full of blood and dirt. He has a big fat lip and cuts on his gums. Poor baby. :( Overall though the trip was fun! Tomorrow we will celebrate Father's Day with my family. I'll post pics tomorrow night or Monday.

Haircuts and Playtime
We had a busy day today. This morning, my friend Erron came over with her kids and played on the trampoline. Then Mommy got a pedicure (I have had a free gift certificate since January and finally got the time to use it!). This afternoon Jordan got a really cute haircut. We were going to get him a minnie mowhawk like Angelina Jolie's son Maddox because a lot of people say he looks like him and Maddox looks really cute like that, but he was so afraid of the electric razor that we didn't get to buz the sides as much as we wanted to.

Play Date
My friend Camisha came over today with her daughter Emmah. She is 6 weeks younger than Skylar. Camisha and I have known each other since we were babies and it is so fun to have kids the same age.

Summer Vacation
Last weekend we went to Gilroy. We went shopping half the first day and then spent the second half at Great America. Jordan and Skylar were in awe at all the noise and excitement. Jordan just ran and ran with the biggest smile on his face. The next day we went to Gilroy Gardens. We took Skylar there last November and we had a lot of fun but I remember thinking the whole time "I wish Jordan was here." Now he is and we had a blast!

Abby's dad edited a picture I took in our pool last weekend to make it 3D. Don't my little munchkins look adorable!?
